Running demo · Telegram shop bot
From choosing a product to receiving a digital file.
This demo uses a Mini App for products and orders, Telegram Stars for payment, and the bot for delivery. It demonstrates a simplified flow built by botfromzero, rather than a customer case or a complete online store.
The shop supports Chinese, English, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese. Switch languages inside the Mini App.
Buying and managing, in one shop.
Actual interface screenshots with sample data. Browse products free; payment and purchased-content delivery happen in Telegram. The seller workspace shown here requires administrator access.

Read the product, price and terms. After a successful Stars payment, receive the configured file or key.

Review order issues, delivery and support requests from the workspace, then manage products and stock.
Browse the product
Open @botfromzero_shop_bot and tap Open shop to see the description, Stars price and stock.
Choose and pay
Read the product details and accept the purchase terms in the Mini App. Delivery follows a successful Telegram Stars payment.
Receive the sample
The test product delivers sample.txt. The baseline also supports key delivery when configured for a product.
What is implemented?
- A Mini App for browsing, buying, orders and support. The chat opens the shop, delivers files or keys and sends notifications.
- Order recording and stock reduction after payment; the same payment record is not processed twice for delivery.
- File or key delivery according to product configuration, with a manual resend prompt if a file is unavailable.
- Buyer order history, retrieval of the same purchased content and order support requests.
- Account settings, language, help and terms, with TON wallet connection, address copying, switching and disconnection. Products still use Stars.
- A separate seller workspace for delivery or refund issues, support requests, products, stock and key imports.
- Failed delivery retries, administrator alerts and support replies sent to the original buyer through the bot.
What are the limits?
This digital shop combines a Mini App with bot delivery. It does not demonstrate physical shipping or an external store integration. Sellers can manage products, orders and support in the Mini App or through Telegram buttons. The live catalog currently shows one sample file product.
A delivery record in the database does not prove that every message reached the user. Failed sends are retried; missing or changed files need administrator attention. A commissioned project needs its own delivery and exception rules.
What needs separate scoping?
Explain what you sell, how many products there are, whether delivery means a file or a unique key, and who manages stock. Content versioning, refund policies and external integrations need project-specific agreement. The demo includes retrieval of the same purchase and seller-confirmed refunds; a refund cannot recall delivered content.
Use this flow as a starting point for custom development, or discuss an upgrade if you already have a bot. Deployment and maintenance can be separate engagements.
How should your product be delivered?
Describe the product, delivery method and administrator tasks so the right flow can be assessed.
