Define the task before the technology.
A software bot may collect information in a conversation, respond to rules, send notifications or connect parts of an existing workflow. These are directions to assess, rather than a claim that every platform or integration is already implemented. A spreadsheet, website or business system connection needs a review of its interface, permissions and data fields.
The shop and membership demos show specific Telegram flows. Your project can serve a different purpose. Scoping separates the essential user action from later extensions so the first version has a clear goal.
Agree what delivery means.

- Specify users, entry points, inputs, processing rules and outputs, including what happens with invalid input or an unavailable external service.
- Source and deployment
- Agree the source delivery scope, configuration guidance, runtime and deployment responsibilities per project. Discuss deploying it yourself or commissioning deployment separately.
- Acceptance and upkeep
- Turn the agreed flows into checkable acceptance steps. Identify who provides test accounts and data. Agree post-launch fault handling and future feature work separately.

- Can I receive the source code and deploy it myself?
- Yes, we can discuss it. Agree source delivery, configuration guidance and deployment responsibilities when quoting. Self-deployment does not require ongoing hosting.
