Common questions
Can I get in touch with just an idea?
Yes. Tell us what the bot should do, who will use it, and its inputs and expected results. You do not need a full specification first; we can work through features and acceptance criteria together.
Can you improve my bot? What if I have no source code?
We first assess its features, source code, running setup and permissions. Without source code, available APIs and data determine what can be changed. Table, website and CRM integrations are also assessed against the actual interfaces.
Can I deploy it myself? Is hosting required?
Delivery and deployment arrangements are agreed when quoting, including the option to deploy it yourself. Development, upgrades and hosting can be commissioned separately; ongoing maintenance is optional and agreed as needed.
